We love collaborating through creative partnership – working one on one with fellow vendors to bring styled visions to life. Through our Creative Partnerships, florists, photographers, venues,
and specialty vendors can access select Motif rentals for creative projects, styled shoots, or showcases. Each partnership is built on collaboration – we provide the pieces, you bring the vision, and together we create the kind of imagery that inspires future celebrations.

Our Creative Partnerships were designed to make collaboration easy, natural, and mutually
beneficial. It’s our way of supporting the professionals who share our values – thoughtful design,
refined presentation, and genuine creativity.
If you’d like to participate, simply email motifeventrentals@gmail.com with your business name
and the pieces you’re hoping to reserve – or send in a wishlist and note that you’d like to be a Creative Partner. We’ll confirm your partnership discount and guide you through
your first rental.
Partnership discounts are extended to active contributors only. To stay active, partners must
share images from each discounted event or shoot and tag @motifeventrentals in any posts that
feature our rentals. If event or shoot images aren’t shared or Motif isn’t tagged when photos are
posted, future discounts may not be honored.
We collaborate closely with planners to bring their clients’ visions to life. Our role is to provide
design-forward rentals, seamless logistics, and polished presentations that elevate the experience for
both you and your clients.
As a Motif Planner Partner, you’ll receive priority booking access, early previews of new inventory, and
custom proposal support to help streamline your process from concept to event day.
Program Details:
• early access to new inventory releases
• priority booking on high-demand dates
• custom rental proposals and client pdf’s
• style package support for clients
• Must share final edited images for Motif use within 2 weeks of the shoot
• Tag and credit Motif in published or shared images
• May request early pickup when needed for shoot prep
